   Opened “Shima-pasta MIKE” restaurant, specializes in pasta by using awaji island food.

   

   Opened “TOOTH TOOTH Decoboco Sabo（Tea House）” , which is a Japanese tea salon created by TOOTH TOOTH in Kobe City Museum.

   

   Opened the first “Cocteau” brand restaurant in Tokyo ,which specializes in Japanese yam.

   

   Opened our first restaurant in Fukuoka.

   

   Opened “Shima-oden MIKE” restaurant, specializes in oden by using awaji island food.
   Opened the first “MIKE” brand restaurant.

   

6. 2018

   Opened “PEANUTS HOTEL” in Kitano, Kobe, the first designer hotel in Japan with a theme of SNOOPY.

   

7. 2017

   "THE ALLEY" is a high quality tea store of global expansions.
   Opened “FISH IN THE FOREST～TOOTH TOOTH X SORA SHOKUBUTSUEN～” in collaboration with a world traveller and plant hunter, Mr. Seijun Nishihata.

   

   

8. 2016

   Opened our first restaurant in Nagoya.
   Opened “Sanagi Shinjuku” an establishment which unites “Food,”“Art,” and“Culture.”

   

9. 2015

   Opened a Michelin-starred French restaurant “Spontaneous” in Kitano, Kobe.
   Opened the first “PEANUTS”brand shop, "PEANUTS Cafe Nakameguro."

   

10. 2014

    Tokyo Office moved to Shoto, Shibuya.
    Opened the first “RIBLAB KITCHEN” brand restaurant which specializes in sparerib dishes.

    

11. 2013

    Opened “UMEKITA FLOOR” in Grand Front Osaka in Umeda, Osaka.
    We produced the entire restaurant floor within the commercial building for the first time.
    Opened our first restaurant in Kyoto.
    Opened the first "Marfa Café" brand cafe, which is a modern Tex-Mex cafe.

    

12. 2012

    『TOOTH TOOTH maison 15th』OPEN
    Opened “TOOTH TOOTH maison 15th” in the former foreign settlement in Kobe, giving a new life to the building which is designated as an important cultural asset in Japan.

    Opened “TRATTORIA AL POMPIERE,” as our first business alliance with an overseas restaurant (in Verona, Italy).

    Tokyo Office moved to Ebisu.
    Opened the first French bistro "Shiro" brand restaurant which specializes in fish and seafood dishes.

    

17. 2005

    Opened the first “Conana” brand restaurant which specializes in Japanese style pasta dishes.
    Opened the first "BARBARA market place" brand restaurant, which is a market style restaurant.

    Opened the Japanese restaurant “COCTEAU” in Sannomiya, Kobe.

    Opened our first restaurant in Tokyo.
    Established Tokyo Office in Meguro.
    Opened “TOOTH TOOTH TOKYO” in Ebisu, Tokyo.

    Moved Head Office to Meriken Park, Kobe.
    Opened our first restaurant in Osaka.
    Opened the cafe “colors” in Umeda, Osaka.
    Opened a cafe in the former foreign settlement in Kobe, occupying an entire building.
    Opened “ROUGHRARE” (present “New ROUGHRARE”)

    

21. 1999

    Reorganized So What Ltd. and changed the corporate name to POTOMAK Co., Ltd.
    Moved the Head Office to Kobe Asahi Building.
    Opened “TOOTH TOOTH DINING GARDEN” on the 11F of Kobe Kokusai Kaikan in Sannomiya, Kobe (present “GARDEN RESTAURANT”)

    

22. 1997

    Opened “PATISSERIE TOOTH TOOTH,” a western style confectionary shop in Kobe.

    The Great Hanshin Awaji Earthquake occurred.
    All shops except TOOTH TOOTH were completely destroyed and closed down.
    Restarted as “BRASSERIE TOOTH TOOTH” which specializes in local French dishes.
